### The Basics

1. GENIE dApp is enhanced with AI and built on a blockchain allowing submissions to be tokenized.&#x20;
2. The $BeMe token w/ liquidity is created and a token counter is added to GENIE dApp.
3. When a SDL’er creates a “GENIE THAT”submission, they receive $BeMes, with a 3 to 1 token ratio of 5PIs to “academic” submissions.
4. Geniī DAO members determine the % of tokens that support tuition, scholarships for others, etc.
5. A % of Geniī tuition returns to regenerate the market cap for $BeMe token.&#x20;
